All content on SakuraChic, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or properly licensed, and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Final sale items and customized products are not eligible for return.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
